The Reefkeeper Beach Signs Protection Project was a collaborative effort of many agencies including Hawaii Wildlife Fund, NOAA, State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources and Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. This project was aimed at educating the public at the shorelines on how to protect our fragile coral reefs. The signs were posted at numerous locations along Maui's coastlines. All of the sea creatures were speaking on how to protect the reef.
